Works well but the kit doesn't include everything you need.

I just bought this antenna for my father as the last antenna we had from his company is old. We have had it for 5 years and are happy with our investment. It claims to come with a 39 foot cord, but it actually comes with just 4 feet of cord. It also claims to come with a pole mount, but that wasn't there either. Luckily we had the bracket and cable from the previous antenna. Other than that I can't comment on the photo as he only received it yesterday.

Pros
  • What do you get. If you have reception problems, we provide detailed technical support to solve your problems quickly.
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Doesn't pick up half the channels my GE antenna picks up.

So I received the item and it looked impressive. I loved the 720 degree coverage because we have a lot of channels in the Tampa Bay area. My GE antenna received 72 channels. The maximum number of channels found for this antenna was 23. And that's after I installed the antenna in different places on the roof. The channels were clear but many of them were missing, even channels that are on the same antenna array 23 miles east of me. So I couldn't understand why some channels came in and others…

Pros
  • No more directional adjustment - full 720° signal coverage. No more antenna direction adjustment. Gets more channel reception and less blind spots like CBS, NBC, ABC, Fox, The CW, PBS etc.
Cons
  • disappears

Basic solution for TV stations

The product was missing two suction cups so I improvised with clear tape. I tried several positions on the wall and on the window. To my surprise, I found that changing the mounting position by even a foot can make a huge difference in the number of channels received. I recommend choosing a starting point, fixing the sheet with transparent tape and automatically scanning the channels on the TV WITHOUT an amplifier. Then scan again with the amplifier. You can get more channels with amplifier…

It doesn't work within the advertised 25-mile range.

I bought this antenna to replace the simplest rabbit ear antenna ever. My wife didn't want to see the antenna or the wire. So that should have been the perfect solution. All major networks as well as niche stations are less than 15 miles from us. So let's compare - rabbit ears received a signal and clearly allowed you to see all major networks, PBS, CW, ION, Univision. , Telemundo and many other peripheral channels. 1byone, not so much. He couldn't receive all the channels that have bunny ears…

does what it says!

We have tried 3 different antennas and this is the only one that picks up our local NBC which is an FM channel. It was the first we bought and although we got all the chains Fox was very stained. So we returned it and tried two others that claimed a 50-mile range and FM capability. The two antennas were Mohu Leaf with 50 miles gain and Refun with 50-100 miles gain. Neither of them even picked up our local VHF, and Fox was still spotty. It has been our experience that when our cellphones or…
