This rush is perfect for surfing, boogie boarding and bodyboarding. I spend so much time in the water (on vacation) and need to keep my farm tan spotless, sun protection is paramount. It fits better than most and the material is high quality. I like tight rash guards so they don't sneak up on me while chasing the waves.

I'm 5'6" and have a decent tummy during Covid so I'm around 167lbs. I bought a large and it fits me perfectly except the bicep band is too tight/uncomfortable. Black does a good job of hiding my big belly, but if you're super shy, it's definitely not for you and me. I would choose something loose. 5ft 9in 155-160 lbs. My husband has tried medium and large rashguards. snug but not too bad, problem is the big one is too long, probably only suitable for someone 6ft tall.
