    The phone was registered as a company device for someone else

    I received the phone and as soon as I turned it on and connected it to my wifi I got a notification that the device is owned by the organization and managed by your IT. The device could not be removed so I had to send it back.

    Everything is fine and just fine

    I got this for the 5G feature which I don't even seem to get in my area. This phone replaced the Poco X3 NFC, which was probably almost identical in specs. a bit better. This phone comes with Android 10 and only gets one update, which is fine but nothing really special.

    DOES NOT WORK with VERIZON

    Despite being unlocked, it doesn't work with Verizon despite their claims. What can I say, great phone. Graphics are good but not super HD. The phone is very responsive and moves surprisingly quickly when opening, closing and processing data through applications. I only wish it worked with Verizon!

    Not a bad phone battery

    The screen is excellent. The screen size is smaller than my previous phone (LG Stylo 5) and the battery is worse than any $100 phone. With my previous phone I will last 2 days without charging, this phone needs at least 2 charges per day with the same usage. I don't see great internet speeds with 4G LTE and 5G on the same phone company (T-Mobile). If you can get this phone for less than $200, it's a good buy.

    The phone is great so far but some important things are missing in the box

    I have used Moto for most of my life but decided to switch because this phone has a really good 90hz display. The phone itself is good (you might need a screen protector as this thing attracts fingerprints) but this review is mainly to let people know that despite the fact that the description says it comes with a charger and SIM -Key unlock device is supplied, mine doesn't come with this stuff. It does not come with a sim key unlocker. So unless you have an earring to use, you won't even beโ€ฆ

    "Renewed by Revain " has no meaning anymore.

    In the past, it was always convenient for me to order goods with a Revain Renewed certificate. Laptops, servers, etc. I never had a single problem until I ordered this phone and it became pretty clear that no 'professional' had ever looked at these items, and even less likely that they were checked. The original owner of this phone traded/sold it to Revain (through a process of sorts) and then Revain turned it over and shipped it straight to me without even removing the tape sealing the boxโ€ฆ
