The description says the device looks and works like new. However, what I got was almost garbage. The frame has countless scratches, the front glass is also full of scratches. Worst of all, the rear window is half fixed and half open. Doesn't look authentic at all, maybe the back glass was broken and replaced and they didn't even bother to tape it properly.

I haven't tried the phone yet, I need a SIM card and service. The phone looks like new, very small scratches, but what do you expect. The only thing that surprises me is why the inner box was wet and the outer sealed box was dry. The phone seemed to be dry. The shipper, UPS, may have left the box in a puddle at their facility. I had to mention. I have 90 days return policy if it's damp. Welcome TKE.

The phone was in new condition and very securely packed. The delivery was very quick. And the fact that the OEM Warp Charge wasn't included isn't the worst thing in and of itself. But the description should state that they don't give you an OEM Warp Charge charger. The standard low power charger is useless, drop the price by $2 and just don't plug it in.

The phone has been great so far, can't say it's "upgraded" and definitely worth the $700 price tag for a new one. In the mobile network, it worked without any problems immediately after installing the SIM card. Easy setup and lots of customization options.
