OpenVPMS Review

The customer support team was very helpful when I first started using OpenVPMS, but we haven't been able to get any help from them recently (almost two years). That said, they did respond quickly once I posted my question about an error message in the system. This was not something I had found elsewhere online or through Google searches - it turned out to be a problem with my computer's antivirus software! The best thing about open VPms like this one, apart from being completely free to use for any size business or clientele! I think it's pretty good but nothing special really - perhaps add some more features? It does what you need at an affordable price point so there isn't anything too negative either if i'm honest (but we're always looking into adding new things). I like how easy it was to train my staff, they were all able figure out their tasks quickly!
