Great experience dealing directly through salesforce

I like that they are very flexible with their pricing structure, which is great to have some room in your budget. The customer service has been top notch from start to finish. They're always willing to help you out when something goes wrong! No real dislike about this product or provider so far, but if there was one thing I could change it would be more transparency into what happens after we sign up for our account (i.e. billing). It's not clear at all how much time should pass before getting…

Pros
  • Their support team makes me feel safe using these services without having too many questions answered by myself as well..it takes care off my worries :) Very responsive during downtimes also; no problems whatsoever since day 1 till now.very good experience overall : )
