They are very thick. It is very difficult to climb over the goggle leg and climb up the hinges. If you wear one on each side, the glasses will be too tight and put pressure on your head. I only used one because of this problem. I used to buy small sets of glasses, the rings are small and you can use two - they work well. Was disappointed.

Great product. Does exactly what it should. There are many rings in the package, which can be used as spares if it breaks sometime. The frames of my glasses are 3/8" wide and when I put the rings on I thought they would crack and break. No, they are pretty strong for something so small.
