- Best part was being able see potential employees in front our eyes before hiring anyone else.also we could chat live while interviewing people also helped out alot !:).it made things easier than usual way..and saves time alongwith effortless communication between candidate & client both..all thanks goes towards team optivale virtual employee!!! And now my search ends up finding perfect fit person within short period instead spending hours upon hrs looking through profiles...great
