Oracal ORAMASK Stencil Silhouette Cutters Scrapbooking & Stamping and Adhesive Vinyl Review

Was very happy to use this after reading reviews here and online. I saw a lot of positive feedback from Etsy users, so that convinced me. The paint was seeping through everywhere, it was a huge mess. Three different projects are ruined. Frozen about it! It didn't work any better than standard vinyl.

I love this movie! Pulling weeds gives a headache and has a lot of air bubbles, but air bubbles don't bother me, I see they bother some. If I have a small cut, I kick myself because weeding that jig is awful. But every time I use it my wood signs look amazing so I just keep using it. I wish it was a little thicker and easier to weed!

I have read many rave reviews about this product. I ordered this so I can use my Cricuit to make my own removable stencils for various projects. This product has very poor adhesion, has shifted or peeled off when I've used it on different substrates and I've been very disappointed. I've found that cheap "contact" shelf liner works much better, has higher adhesion, and is still removable. I ordered this product over a month ago, so it's too late to return it.

This is a good screenprint product, when I first used it it was phenomenal! The second and third time I used it I had the HARDEST time getting it off the mat without ruining the stencil. The back is torn and glued. Effectively spoils the stencil and design. I have already had to give up 2 projects completely because they could no longer be saved. I've had better luck with the Hobby Lobby brand, Paper Studio, screen vinyl than Oracle. I really wanted to love it but I just can't.

Works great but should be rolled into a large cardboard tube. It has been rolled so tightly that it blisters when laid flat on the base. IT IS NOT ROLLED FROM THE FACTORY, but is cut from a larger roll and packaged poorly. If you're going to repack it, at least put it on a cardboard tube so you don't lose half. Won't cut because of blisters. The picture shows it on a cardboard tube, but the 20th sheet I bought was rolled into a 1.5 inch diameter roll.

I used this on my Cricut. It was a real pain.1. It comes in a tight roll so it starts with an uncontrollable curl.2. Once you attach it to the mat, the vinyl will begin to peel away from the backing, creating bubbles that run the full width of the product.
