Worked for my craft with a little tweaking. ☺️

I made a hat out of it for my Effie keychain costume. They were a little smaller than I expected and the wire rod had to be re-taped to attach them, but overall they looked authentic. The cap in the photo shows small butterflies and other larger ones that I ordered.

The perfect finishing touch to a bouquet!

Used them to decorate a bouquet for a retired friend who loves monarchs and had a monarch butterfly garden in high school. She was in tears for this little detail, they are flexible, I just stuck them in between the flowers and then just twisted the little white wires into the perfect position. I recommend them for hair, cakes or floral arrangements, they are the perfect size!

Pros
  • Scrapbook Decorations
Cons
  • Very Expensive

beautiful but very fragile

they are beautiful and realistic looking but they are very small and very fragile. The wire rods to which they were attached broke very easily, and some of the wings fell off. I tried putting them in a butterfly net and more than half of the sticks just broke off. I plan to use glue if you're attaching them to anything. We used them for a Halloween costume and they really weren't strong enough for the purpose. They're more for sticking to an art project that you won't touch later.

Pros
  • crafts and sewing
Cons
  • you could choose a newer model
