A complete waste of money

I totally agree with the previous reviewer - it keeps counting moves when there are none and keeps resetting the total. I bought this for a tether because I kept dropping the Sportline 360 that I otherwise love, but I broke (3) and lost (1). Needless to say the cable is useless as I don't even think about using it anymore. Big disappointment.

Pros
  • The pedometer measures 0 to 99,999 steps
Cons
  • A little crumpled

Seriously difficult to interpret

My husband gave me and my sister this pedometer as a gift. None of us have ever learned how to use it; she gave us hers back. Now after a few years and new batteries I would like to figure out how to set it up properly. I have instructions They don't make any sense to me. "Take 10 steps and divide by 10." Okay, 10 steps = 20 feet for me divided by 10 = 2.2. Now the silkscreen is so tiny you can't read what mode you are in etc etc etc etc. Obviously it takes me a 10 year old tech genius to do…

Pros
  • Countdown timer up to 99 hours 59 minutes 59 seconds
Cons
  • Some errors

A solid pedometer despite the flaws

Received this as a gift from my mother who appreciated (and recommended) the OMRON HJ112 premium pedometer I bought her. Although I was initially disappointed to agree with the 1 and 2 star ratings and regretted that they spent double the money to get me the HJ112, after using this pedometer for a few weeks and became acquainted with its functions and characteristics . First, it's easy to reset if you keep it in pedometer mode. Switching to displaying distance or calories on the screen only…

Pros
  • Panic alarm 120 decibels for safety
Cons
  • New competitors have emerged
