Just arrived in the USA, we searched every store for organic cotton squares but couldn't find them. These are the only ones we actually found! And they are great: large size, excellent smoothness, …. We used it to cleanse our son when we changed diapers with water or Oleo Calciaire. It is more natural and beneficial than wet wipes, especially for children with sensitive skin.

I love these pads, they are almost like the ones we use to clean our baby's butt in France. I've been using it since my daughter was born and at 13 months her skin is still strong and healthy. Usage tips: mix water (85%) and hydrosol floral water (10%) and baby soap without soap (5%) in a container with a pump; Use this as your first cleanser. Then apply Mustela ointment or Oleo Calcair to the second pad for extra cleansing and protection of the baby's buttocks. Hope that helps!

I came to this product after years of using cotton towels which are thin sheets between facial tissues and disposable Kleenex towels or Viva-Dick and use . They are soft/thicker like some cotton makeup removers. So sometimes wiping a wet baby's bottom can be overkill, but it's perfect for cleaning up a baby's poop (with the addition of water, of course). Smaller than some Revain cotton napkins (Winner, Whoopsie brands) but do not need to be folded for this purpose.
