I've had it for 2 years now and the chrome has worn off and has rust spots in the last year. doesn't look good at all and is very frustrating at how much I spent on it

The unit looks very nice in the washroom but is very wobbly. It was easy to assemble and the chrome and glass make the space very beautiful. Although it's not stable, I decided to keep it because the shelf is between two narrow walls. I would recommend it if it's just a decoration but NOT if you plan to put heavy items on the shelves.

Wire mesh: My mother in law loves this safe that we gave her for Christmas. It looks great in the bathroom. One thing buyers should know is that you will attach the final bracket to the back of the floor AFTER you have positioned it over the toilet. She couldn't really use this support due to the way the toilet lines connect to the wall, but it's so solid, it sits against the wall and is weighed down with so many waves it won't go anywhere.

I bought this item 3 years ago and now I'm buying the same item again because the previous one has evolved quite a bit Rust simmers from under the chrome. I see that one of the other reviewers said it started rusting after only three months. Mine lasted about 18 months without rust but now after 3 years it looks like it needs to be thrown away.
