Came in a nice cardboard box, had a dent and a crack but lucky that the actual box inside was intact.Watches are well spaced this means that there is no touching or scratching like other boxes I had.Watch pads are tight, you can turn the box upside down and they will stay put, overal quality and finish very good only there is only 1 key and no spare given with the box.Also valet compartment is big enough to store additional tools, straps, warranty cards etc.

The contrast of the deep red and black leather is a great sight! Definitely the best looking watch case I've ever seen. The suede interior is a much better choice than faux leather and will probably last longer too. The space between each watch spot is very nice too. Most of my watches are 45-52mm, which has made finding a display case tough. In most cases, the watches would touch, and usually would have a hard time closing the case without it hitting the watches. Not with this one. It’s large, with plenty of room between watches. Sturdy build, though I wish the bottom drawer was on a track.If you’ve got large watches, this is your display case. I’ve been through enough duds to know. It’s a little pricier than most, but it’s worth it, IMO.

Having only 3 reviews I went for the purchase anyway. I had just recently purchased another case with over 1800 reviews and returned it the same day. The packaging is elegant and well designed. The case is impressive with its leather and raised stitching. This is a very well made box! Easily fits all my watches and the valet makes for more storage! My only complaint is that when I received this box the lock was broken :( Easily a 5 star review had the lock not been broke. Other than that I love the box!Edit: They reached out to me with excellent customer service and offered a full refund! I bought this product for my husband in December 2019 for Christmas, he loves it! The watch box exceeded my expectations! I was nervous about the color combination, which is very nice in person. I am extremely pleased with the box. It has an exceptional look and feel and I think it is an excellent value for where it was priced. The storage drawer has plenty of room for extra straps and other items (tools, cuff links, etc.) I really enjoy looking at my budding watch collection through the glass. I had looked at a number of boxes and am glad that I settled on this one. (I found my key under one of the watch pillows)

This was a bit larger than i expected, but it does look very nice when filled with a watch collection.It has drawers, they're useful for a couple of rings or cuff-links, a few watchbands can fit in as wellI would recommend, but set expectations that its a bit bulky.
