I gave a low rating because the trunk was very crooked. It connected easily but was completely crooked until I pushed and stretched to satisfy. I was expecting a more durable and simpler product for the price. It sits in a spot where it's useful but not too noticeable or I'd return it. It could have been the perfect product but they didn't take the time to build it properly.

I can't take a picture of the final product. The bottom step was a simple task, it took 10 seconds. The above is completely wrong in its dimensions. We fought for 20 minutes. We ended up using a hammer and pliers to bend it sideways to push it in. The product was wobbly so we had to loosen the screws in the legs until it stopped wobbling. If you are lucky enough to get a well designed item then it is a good product.

I like this article. That's exactly what I thought it would be. easy to assemble. I use it under my countertop cabinets as a coffee organizer. Nice. It fits snugly under my kitchen cabinets, which stretch 18 inches from countertop to under cabinet, leaving room for large coffee mugs. I would recommend it. I didn't use the small square piece hanging off the side of the shelf for the silverware, but you can use it. I just didn't need it.

My tea area on my counter looked like a mess for a while so I wanted something to help organize my canisters. It worked really well. It took me a minute to figure out how to put it together but I remembered there was a video on the product page and when I watched it I figured it out. You need to make sure the two sides are facing the right way so the two baskets will fit properly. I am very happy with this organizer. Looks great in my space!

This product is not worth the money! You have to assemble it yourself and there is nothing to hold the sides of the shelf so it tilts left or right. The side piece didn't fit, I finally snapped it in and the whole block collapsed. I bought this because of their hair products for my kids bathroom. I see them trying to grab their gel or hairspray and it falls on them. I tried using it as a spice rack but every time I put my spices on it it leaned back and forth. This product might cost $10…

I ordered two of these. One of them was fine and the other was awful and didn't contain everything it was supposed to be so I kept one and returned the other. The one I returned had the leg about 1/2 inch shorter. You'd think this could be remedied with adjustable feet. But they didn't send me either, or the side basket, or the hooks. Allow about a full inch less when looking for inside measurements for a shelf. Easy construction. I suppose I could have used the legs that came with the first…

Although this is clearly a cheaper product and the instructions were a bit unclear (assembling it took a little more effort and brute force than it probably should); These little shelves are a great value. I have very unusually large closets in my apartment and these shelves fit perfectly. They're pretty strong, but technically they're just holding pressure and gravity together. I wouldn't do a handstand on them, but they're great for tea and spices. Update: I've just bought two more of these…
