Do not buy counterfeit

I bought a fake of this tool and it broke after the first use. So I bought this genuine Gator grip bushing and used it a few times and it still works.

Pros
  • 3/8 Drive Professional Grade Socket. Fits standard sizes ΒΌ" to ΒΎ" and metric sizes 7mm to 19mm. Self-adjusting for all closure shapes and sizes, except for a perfectly round head, simply file the edge.
Cons
  • Empty

Not what was advertised.

Not packed as stated. It was found in an envelope with a piece of paper. Also, the adapter pictured is NOT included. Now I have to go and buy separately. I would not recommend buying.

Pros
  • Works especially well on rusted and damaged heads.
Cons
  • Not sure

It worked the first few times but the pins broke and bent

Received this because I lost the key to my pin locks. It worked great the first few times, but recently when I was using it for exactly this purpose, the pins on the side broke and bent. It really was as advertised, but it didn't last long, it wasn't durable, I wish it was.

Pros
  • Powered by a drill. ΒΌ inch drill adapter included
Cons
  • Almost never

Simple mode only. - Socket

To be honest I was rough with it. More than 75 ft/lbs of torque. I bought this to remove the lock nuts (all 20 on one car were closed) on a used car I bought. The previous owner lost the socket with the key. It took about 6 before the contacts bent and stuck. Then I had to slam it face first into the concrete to knock the pins off. Went maybe 2 more before it was destroyed. I had to switch to a whole host of heavy duty nut removal tools. Buy it for the ease of use. The pins inside are made of…

Pros
  • Has over 100 pounds of torque per foot of power
Cons
  • Something else
