I first bought a Spaetzle Schwob to make grandma's old spaetzle recipe and it worked great. In the meantime I have discovered that the spaetzle Schwob is a great multi-tool. I've been using a Kull spaetzle machine for about 25 years and I love it. Mine is aluminum and dishwasher safe so it was a great upgrade.
