It's very similar to the old one I've had for years except this one works much better. It's more responsive and has a much longer range than the one it replaced. The cost won't kill you either. At a very reasonable price.

You must be 3 feet from the soundbar to use it. The range is terrible. And it's not like the picture. The remote doesn't say Vizio and it doesn't look like my original remote. This is definitely a fake.

Good remote control. I wish it had had a good battery when shipped. Changed the battery and everything worked. It's good that you don't have to get up and turn it on and off. Yes I'm lazy lol. Many Thanks

I wanted to make sure it was the ORIGINAL Vizio remote and it is! Works GREAT and as they say straight out of the box! :) PLEASE make sure you remove the CLEAN plastic tab from the battery compartment! lol. Great product, highly recommend! :)

Ordered as a replacement for the remote control. Made in China over the original Vizio nameplate. The battery is round and floats inside without touching it when in use. I have to smack it up left and right for it to work. Very frustrating. Never again.

Bought for my VSB200 because the documentation says it will work with it. Unless it just came with a dead battery, it doesn't do anything with my device: it doesn't turn it on or off, adjust the volume, or change inputs. And yes, I pulled out the plastic to make contact with the battery.

. Anything beyond that, and it's 50/50 if the beam is powerful enough. My Samsung Smart TV remote also works with the soundbar but does not have all the functionality of the original remote.

I had to be within 3 feet of the soundbar to work. I checked the supplied battery and found it to be good. Why do I have to get up from my viewing position and go to the soundbar before this thing works. It must be a remote control. This is probably a fake of a real OEM device. Guess what? Non refundable. save your money Buy one from Best Buy and it's probably the real deal. Come on Revane, take care of your eyes, get rid of fake products.

I have ordered this remote several times because my dog ate it and luckily the remote is cheap enough to replace. The last order I received seemed to be a return as the battery was missing and the previous ones worked right out of the box. I contacted the seller who immediately sent a replacement which arrived two days later. Very happy with the product which works great and thanks to the seller for sending a replacement in a timely manner.
