Syrian Hamster Admitted

I used this as a platform/skin for my Syrian bitch under her 11 inch wheel in her Prevue 528. As it allows me to stuff the bedding to the brim under the platform and control the level in open ground without worrying about the bedding compacting to a point where it can't reach it, or low enough not to fill up everything else in that half of the enclosure.

My Astrid loves it!

The thing is huge! Make sure you have space! Ideal for 20 gallons or more. My hamster Astrid loved it. It took me a little longer than I'd like to admit to get together but one day I noticed the fittings were really loose which could be dangerous for your hips. The bot is finished anyway, so I think the cleanup will be difficult. However worth the price.

Parts didn't fit?

center pieces do not fit in the main wall. You are too loose! When I put the top on, it destroys the entire structure. The pieces will not snap into place because they are too loose and misaligned. I've been following the tutorial videos and everything but I think it's because the parts don't fit properly. Kind of disappointed. I would rather pay more for a better quality Niteangel.

Cute but with a strong smell

Bought for our hamster but with a strong chemical smell. It was easy to put together and seemed sturdy, but our hamster didn't like it. He was fine with playing with it, but refused to keep it in his cage. He was showing many signs of stress in his normal cage and wasn't sure if it was the shape, the texture or the lingering smell. Sometimes we let him play with him outside the cage, but that's about it.

without instructions and cracked

without instructions. I didn't watch the video on the line, who knew there was a guide coming. There should be an insert telling you to watch the online video AND THERE SHOULD BE PRINTED INSTRUCTIONS - COME NOW. it took 4 times to assemble and disassemble the part, then it ripped on the tabs of the insert, now it wobbles. The ladder cannot go at the end, it must go first. very deceptive. All the different parts have an order and a direction in which they should move. even they are all the same.

no instructions, parts do not fit together

no instructions with part number or numbers on the tree in the order of assembly. You can find it here on Amazon site but how difficult is it to put together. My pieces don't want to fit together and the wooden plank next to the stairs doesn't want to stick and comes off easily. I can't quite line it up to connect everything together as when I start connecting it the conductor pieces pop out immediately. I'm afraid to push it further to try to piece it together and break it. It's really cute…
