Maybe a larger size?: Medical supplies and equipment

I want to love it. I have severe plantar fasciitis which has damaged my ankle tendon. DO NOT use force through pain! I've already had surgery on one leg with far from ideal results. I'm trying to help the least injured leg to avoid surgery. I think this might help but wish I had seen people offering a review. I don't have wide feet but I can't wear them all night. I wake up with heel and forefoot edge pain and take them off after midnight. I didn't wear them during the day due to the…

Help me keep my feet together but order the right size

I don't have major problems with my feet. But I "ride" a stationary bike, and over time my legs can feel broken. I figured some compression might help, and it did. My feet feel much better wearing them while riding. I have wide feet and after reading the reviews that they were narrow I ordered a size up. It turns out they are sized around the foot circumference along the arch of the foot. As is not clear from the product description: S: 5-8 inches / 12-21 cm arc circumference M: 7-10 inches /…

Slim sleeve with soft grip

Soft grip for my correct size and a comfortable feeling on the leg, approx. 10-15 mmHg. I wonder if I should have scaled down for more compression. The upside was that it was easy to put on and didn't require the usual stretching force. It's still useful to wear at night when my foot needs extra help to recover. Doesn't roll around the edges. The synthetic material is breathable and not heavy. I have posterior tibial tendonitis and just fractured my navicular bone (blah chronic injuries) so I…

High quality, good value for money

Because of the better price I chose Orthosleeve as an alternative to a well known branded compression sleeve for my plantar fasciitis. They are almost identical and I have to say that Orthosleeves are more comfortable ie better suited to my height 13ft. I would not recommend downsizing these compression stockings as I think it would be more therapeutic as the results can be painful, like your foot is in a vise. I would also recommend wearing regular socks or shoes over compression sleeves if…

Measure your bow! Don't rely on the shoe size!

Great supportive sleeves but you MUST measure your arch, you cannot rely on shoe size. I wear a size 5 but have a wide/flat foot and bought a medium size. If I were to buy by shoe size I would buy a small which would be too small. Here are the measurements straight from the Orthosleeve website. I use them when I work out which gives me terrible arch pain (I have a high pain tolerance) and I'm concerned that my plantar fasciitis might come back. I have used them several times. I had a bit of…

Comfortable, provides a firm grip, does not leave dents.

I have only worn them a few times since I received them but I love them. Recurring foot injuries leave my feet swollen, tight and sore at the end of the day. They gently and evenly squeeze the foot, slightly increasing pressure in specific areas and reducing swelling. The two holes will NOT shrink and your food will not be left without unsightly dents or deep dents. The pattern looks like a normal sock. I've been thinking about acquiring skin tones and might do so if I like them. As another…

I want to make an honest offer to anyone who sees this in.

Wow! There are no words to express my gratitude for these socks. .I want to make an honest offer to anyone who sees this in the future. A serious recommendation for plantar fasciitis! I work in healthcare and understand the physiology of the actual condition I am dealing with. That's exactly what you need. supports the fascia in such a way that you immediately feel light and comfortable when walking. My heels don't hurt two days in a row. I used it for 8 hours yesterday March 6, 2015, the same…

OK, but some caution/vigilance is required.

I ordered a pair of black and white socks to treat plantar fasciitis. Socks really help relieve pain, especially in the middle of the night when you get up to go to the bathroom. They fit as expected; take measure and it will be fine. Just remember that the ball of your foot is the most compressible part of your foot. So I would recommend choosing a sock size that fits that part of your foot. I don't have a wide foot but I think they might not fit a wide footed person. The only oddity is that…

It really works! best in Leg & Foot Rest

Despite reading many other reviews I was still very surprised at how much these socks helped me. I've been wearing orthotics in my shoes all day for about 20 years. I have had brief episodes of heel pain from time to time and an orthopedic injection has always helped. However, I did something else in May while moving which led to a recurrence of plantar fasciitis pain in a heel. The pain was very severe, shooting from the heel through the leg at times. I was limping in the late morning and had…

Good for running but not for night time compression

This is a mixed review as I have pros and cons of these compression pads. I had plantar fasciitis in both feet, as well as Achilles tendinitis (small tears) from running. It was a long ordeal and I received various forms of treatment. That being said, I bought these sleeves after a run store employee said they fit her. I bought them through Revain because they were in stock and a better price than the running store. I tried to wear them at night as intended. This was done to keep my legs in a…
