Through trial and error, I found that these Indexable Inserts were the perfect solution for my cutting needs. The WCMT06T304 inserts are extremely durable and provide a smooth cutting experience. The set up is simple and I was able to quickly replace my old inserts with these ones. One thing to keep in mind is that they are a bit more expensive than some of the other brands on the market. However, the quality is definitely worth the investment. Overall, I highly recommend these inserts for…

Pros
  • Long-lasting and durable due to the use of carbide material
Cons
  • Requires some level of skill and knowledge to replace the indexable insert

Get what you pay for

Good price but cheaper carbide. Do not attempt to make heavy cuts or interrupted cuts without chipping the carbide. If you're shooting smooth footage and only making 0.050" cuts at a time, you should be fine.

Pros
  • Used for turning and finishing a variety of materials
Cons
  • Quick Guide

Good replacement tips for my Oscarbide turning bits

These are good replacements for Oscarbide 5/8 turning bits. They seem to work well, and clip ripping works well. I wish the price was a little lower, but my original hasn't had to be rotated or replaced yet.

Pros
  • 55 degree diamond with chip breaker
Cons
  • Vanishing
