This compact device has made my bread-making experience a breeze. Through trial and error, I found that adding ingredients in the proper order and following the directions to a tee gave me a perfect loaf each time. The included cookbook is a great bonus and it's so easy to clean, I find myself making bread almost daily. The downside is that it`s a bit noisy when mixing... We have had an Oster bread maker for many years. The result was a loaf weighing 2 pounds. However, when the belt started slipping, I couldn't find the source of the part, so we had to throw out the whole machine and buy a new one.
