Thin sole in my opinion

I have never worn Otomix shoes, I don't train barefoot like some do. I prefer some sort of cushion on the soles of my feet. The hard rubber floors in the gym are forgiving only of abuse of free weights. I found them comfortable, apart from the fact that they have a very thin sole. Being a big guy, I was afraid they would wear out prematurely and I wouldn't get any use out of them.

Pros
  • Comfortable shoes for the gym.
Cons
  • The Otomix HIT High-Intensity Interval Trainer men's running shoes are only available in white, limiting buyers to just one color option.

Terrible - my opinion

I like the original Otomix but they are bulky and cheap. The strap is longer than the velcro so it cannot be tightened. They are stiff, heavy and of cheap quality and honestly the worst shoes I have had since I was a child. But I'm sticking with the original Otomix matte shoes, they're great!

Pros
  • Comfortable fit
Cons
  • Inadequate Durability: Some customers report that these shoes wear out quickly, meaning they need to be replaced sooner than other athletic shoes, leading to additional costs over time.

Great shoe for weightlifting and very comfortable

I love everything about this shoe. It's easy on easy. Minimalist design and not flashy. Fits as expected. Very convenient. As a strength coach and personal trainer I am on my feet a lot and these shoes are very comfortable. They are a good toe size so I can spread my toes while squatting for extra stability. They are really easy to use. The flat sole is perfect for deadlifts and squats, but somehow my calves don't feel as tight as in some other flats. I don't do cardio as I run in these shoesโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Enhanced Durability: These running shoes are made with premium materials for exceptional durability. The upper is made of durable and abrasion-resistant synthetic leather, while the outsole is made of durable and flexible rubber.
Cons
  • Narrow Sizing: This shoe may not be suitable for those with wider feet as it has been known to have a narrow fit which may be uncomfortable for some.

Comfort, good stability

Good shoe, comfortable with good stability, the only problem is that the velcro cannot be tightened very tight at all, it is a very small piece of velcro and you cannot adjust the upper of the shoe to tighten it.

Pros
  • Flat on the bottom and perfect for lifting weights. Definitely one of the best shoes for this activity.
Cons
  • Cheap material, cheap design and low quality

No adjustable strap.

Beware of buying this critical bug. The Velcro is not adjustable. So if you have a very narrow or very wide foot, you will be notoriously disappointed that the lace strap is just a small square that doesn't allow you to tighten or loosen. This is a major design flaw in an otherwise 5 star training shoe. The designer who didn't build this simple feature into this shoe should be fired immediately for stupidity.

Pros
  • The Otomix HIT High-Intensity Interval Trainer men's shoe is designed to provide excellent support, stability and flexibility, making it ideal for a variety of activities such as fitness training, weightlifting, cross training and high-intensity interval training. Their versatile design ensures you can use them for a variety of exercises without worrying about injury or discomfort.
Cons
  • This shoe is relatively expensive compared to other athletic shoes on the market, making it a costly investment for some buyers.

Wrong item received

I did not receive the correct product and when I contacted customer service (Otomix) it was out of stock. Very disappointed.

Pros
  • Great shoes so far. Very durable. Not recommended for running. Great for lifting.
Cons
  • NOT WIDE ENOUGH

Easy to put on, easy to take off and very comfortable

Bought for my son who has nerve problems - he has a very hard time lacing up in lace up shoes but these shoes are easy to put on and take off and are very comfortable.

Pros
  • My friend loves the sneakers and the package arrived 2 weeks early.
Cons
  • The Velcro gets weaker with every wear. The shoes fit like slippers and don't feel secure.

Horrible men about men

I like the original Otomix but they are bulky and cheap. The strap is longer than the velcro so it cannot be tightened. They are stiff, heavy and of cheap quality and honestly the worst shoes I have had since I was a child. But I'm sticking with the original Otomix matte shoes, they're great!

Pros
  • Gym and cross training
Cons
  • Nothing here

Use the opportunity for fitness and cross training

4 months later: shoes are still holding up! There are some very faint yellow spots on the white pair, it is not known where. but I have a pair in white and gray. It's a comfortable walking shoe and an even better training shoe. the strap "a littleโ€ stretches over time, but nothing fails. Yes, I read bad reviews. I liked the look and thought to hell with it. I ordered a pair direct from otomix and checked out Jay Cutler's discount so it was a lot cheaper. I only received the shoes five minutesโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Shoes
Cons
  • A few little things
