Love Otterbox is very durable and helps me hold my phone perfectly, but the lack of the typical built-in screen protector really annoyed me. There's a sense of exploitation as the company offers another $30-$40 screen protector to complement this overpriced cover. However, I still have one because the case is awesome, but the lack of a screen protector is really not cool.

I used to trust OtterBox products but this case failed to protect my phone if I dropped it. I went to clean it and found the whole back was broken. When I called OtterBox to see what they could do, they said the warranty only covers the phone case, not the phone it's supposed to protect. Don't spend $50 on a phone case that doesn't protect it.

This case does not fit iPhone 11 although the description says so. Judging by the packaging, the case is designed for "iPhone 2019 Large". It's too big for a regular iPhone 11. This seller already has a separate listing on Revain for an iPhone 11 Pro Max case. Accidentally ordered first. One is labeled "iPhone 2019 XL". It's even bigger than this. I've been using the OtterBox for years and have found it to be much sturdier than any other case I've tried. I have tried to always use this brand to protect my phone. Unfortunately, this particular case didn't even last two months when the inner plastic case ruptured. Luckily the phone is not damaged yet, but I am very disappointed that I now have the opportunity to worry about damage to my phone.
