I don't usually write reviews but I just received this case and it has a scratch on the center back right from the factory. It is not a stain or blemish as I have tried to clean it to no avail. Got this case for my red iPhone XR. It fits the phone, but in less than two months the case has turned a brownish yellow. My phone is on the counter or table 95% of the time; there is nothing touching him that could cause it. I contacted the company as they are under warranty and require additional shipping and handling fees to honor the warranty. I chose this case over the Speck version of this case because of two main advantages: 1) The Otterbox Symmetry's power and volume buttons are lighter in comparison to squeeze the bacon. 2) it's not slippery like the bacon case. This case was a good buy for me because it's really good quality due to the hard textured plastic and the very hard rubber around the edges. My pop socket stuck to the back, probably due to the texture. One thing to note is that the gum from my jeans is slightly soiled, but looking at the photos I've posted it's almost imperceptible. The case itself is strong enough and has its advantages in looks. But I'm giving it one star because it's extremely difficult to remove the Xr case. I run and go to the gym quite often and use an armband to keep my phone from falling out of my pocket while working out.
