I hung two Maxspect Razor r5 200's from it for half the original price and used anchor bolts in the ceiling. They work great.

Used on my XR15 G4 Pro and G5 Pro radio. I had to cut some wire and crimp the ends to hold it in place, but the overall cost was a lot cheaper than buying the official hanging kit.

My only problem with this is that you have to climb a ladder to adjust the length of the cable on the ceiling. The setting below would be safer and more convenient. Other than that, this is a great product.

Lasts much longer than stated. I hung a 30lb light with two cords without fear of it failing. It would have been nice if there was an option to fix the cables with a screw, albeit for extra grip security.

Unfortunately I have to hang my lamps closer to the ceiling than is allowed. Adjusting with knots is a pain and this kit makes that adjustment very easy. I recommend this to anyone who needs to hang their lights over 6 inches. I'm not sure if this is the actual minimum distance.

Read the instructions! I opened the part wrong and lost some (very) small ball bearings. This ruined the part and I had to order another set. The part itself works great. It is used to hang a pane of glass in a skylight and is working well with no signs of fatigue or wear after 9 months.

Great little kit. Use it to hold the Radion xr30 gen 2 and does the job well. It says it's only rated for 6 pounds but will hold a little more. My only complaint is that the holes to attach to the actual light were 1 drill size too small and had to be modified slightly to make it work, but that happens with generic products.
