The curves are fitted but the neckline has elastic and doesn't sit like an off-the-shoulder look

Fits great and hugs my figure. I'm 5'3128" tall and have a 28" waist. in the appropriate places, so that wasn't a problem for me. My only complaint is that when my arms weren't kept at my sides, the strapless neckline became a U-shape due to the elastic there. It kept popping up, so eventually I stopped fighting it.
