Do not buy. The glass is covered with a non-tearable plastic coating. Hearts don't go through the hole. All 3 shots have arrived and they all look unfinished. I would give zero stars if that was an option.

Found out at a wedding that the hearts don't fit in the slot to fit in the frame! The item was defective! And hearts didn't look good with a marker. When the guests wrote their names, it looked absolutely awful. I would like a refund please!

The screen on the large frame is matte over white so it is not transparent and you cannot see through it at all, sending too close to the wedding and get a new one. I was sad...Needs to be fixed after the feature so they can see the picture and signed hearts. I am so disappointed.

Pretty disappointed in this product. If my baby shower wasn't tomorrow I would ask for a refund. The inside of the plexiglass is scratched all over. It's my own fault for ordering last minute so I have no choice but to keep it. I will try to replace the glass after showering. But definitely not recommended.

It's for my son's wedding and we decided to color the frames to match the theme. When I went to assemble the stand for the largest frame that holds the mini hearts, it had holes drilled on the wrong side of the pieces and the tape that attached was on the wrong part of the wood. Now have to buy a new stand for it as I can't return a replacement as we've already painted it.

There were big dents on the back of the big frame, you could tell they did it with a screwdriver because they screwed in the screw for the black tabs and broke the wood so that it looks split. terrible. My problem is that no one can overlook this error. The scratches were terrible too! When you pay that much for something, don't expect to get such a bad product!

It's plastic, not glass, and a protective film is applied to the plastic prior to assembly. It took me 3 hours to take it apart and remove the foil and while trying to put it back together the plastic clicked, cracked and broke. There may have been an easier way, but there's no insert that tells you how.

We will put this up somewhere in our house and I love that we are often reminded of who was there on our special day! Planning a wedding can be stressful. This product added unnecessary stress. First, there are no instructions and. So you are limited to images in the product description and customer reviews to determine the image size for the large frame. Once you insert the picture it will be very difficult to drop the hearts into the slot. I ended up trying to expand the slots with a screwdriver. I really love this idea and am checking it out, although they don't provide instructions on how to assemble it so it was difficult to understand and peel the foil off both sides. You don't really know how to do this, but you just have to pull out the inserts, which doesn't give you an explanation for this, so this was very annoying because it would save me a ton of time. If I knew that, I could just take the earbuds out and put them back in
