I took this shirt to Morocco...

…in June. It was over 100 most days. This shirt is great. Fits well, has sun protection factor, very practical and comfortable. Dries fast. Doesn't wrinkle. This is a great travel shirt.

Pros
  • It's a nice material and adjustable sleeves. However, it can work a little less.
Cons
  • The shirt retains an unpleasant odor even after washing.

Nice shirt for outdoor activities

This shirt from Outdoor Ventures is pretty good. For this type of shirt, I can usually wear medium or large, but I chose large because when camping or camping, I don't care if the shirt fits perfectly and is loose. The large size is a bit big for me but that's to be expected. The cut of this shirt is definitely not "fitted" and it has a little more room, so keep that in mind. Good protection, not hot

My husband wore this shirt on a hot day while we were canoeing. He reported that despite the long sleeves, the shirt was not too hot and it was a hot day. I like how it looks good after washing. I also like that it offers UV protection as it removes skin cancer marks.

Best for cooler conditions

The shirt didn't "breathe" as effectively as other similar products I own. Nevertheless, I would buy it again at any time. I would/would only wear it in warm or cool weather.

Order one size larger in my review

Too small. I usually wear medium and ordered a size up to be on the safe side and this shirt is still too small. He's not breathing either. I could wear it in cool weather, but it would hardly be comfortable to wear in summer

Great lightweight breathable shirt

I took a couple of these on a safari trip to Africa...I'm a big guy who often overheats and these shirts were perfect...kept me cool and dry, comfortable and good value...I chose them over the similar Columbia shirts

Perfect for my rating.

I have a hard time finding matching shirts, this one is great. Is there a reflection or other personification in the taming of the sun's rays? Won the first time buying shirts online. Concerned about the fit which turned out to be perfect. I'm not exaggerating when I say he's perfect.

Nice shirt but runs small

Nice shirt but runs small. I wear XL in every shirt I own. I could hardly button this XL shirt. Sent back and ordered XXL. It has a zipper but was a bit tight. If I lose five kilos, it should fit.

Pretty good for me

It fits almost exactly and is very comfortable. The stitching in the buttonholes is a bit lame so I think the durability might be questioned.

Makes dad look breezy in outerwear

Bought this for my retired dad who loves to garden. I bought it a size bigger than my dad so he has more room while he works. Daddy tells me it's wonderful; it is airy and keeps you dry and protected from the sun. I'm glad I bought it.
