The roman blind cord is a little thicker than 1.4mm but strong enough for my long door curtains.

I bought this cord to make custom Roman shades. The cord is a little thicker than recommended for the project, but seems strong enough to lift my long door roman blinds. They should last for years, but I definitely have enough of them when I have to put other projects on hold.

Good quality!

Replaced cords from my 7 year old Roman Shades. The cords were stronger and a bit wider than the old ones. I bought white cords because ivory was out of stock and I can live with white cords. I replaced 2 Roman blind cords from the living room (4 rows = 8 rows) and 2 from the bedroom (3 rows = 6 rows). I have about half left. Be careful not to burn the ends. This saved me a lot of money!

Excellent purchase.

I gave this product 5 stars in all categories because I see that it has the same quality as my expensive blinds. It only took me about 5 yards to replace what was on my small Roman lampshade, but I didn't get what they wanted at my local fabric store. This allowed me to shop online as usual without having to leave my house. For a few extra dollars I can now replace the cord with a large blind - an unexpected bonus!
