Large size: shoes

These boots look warm and classy but are too big. My daughter wears a 9 91/2 so we ordered a 40. They were very big. However, we were able to send them back without any problems. Very happy with customer service.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Hmmm Idk exchange?: Ladies

I've never heard of returning them a size smaller. Tried adding insoles and extra socks. Too large. It doesn't feel like ten. A 9 . I usually use 9 but I would like to try 8. Although there's no ankle support either.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • No machine

love these boots! Women's Best

My daughter loves these boots! This is our second pair as her legs have grown since last winter. The pair from last year are still in great shape and have been passed on to another rider. They are easy to clean and keep feet dry and warm while skiing and manure rolling. Excellent universal winter shoes for youth!

Pros
  • Easy assembly
Cons

I put them on, pulled the velcro, the plastic broke!

I have purchased many Ovation products over the years with great success. This is the most disappointing purchase I've ever made. I literally took these boots out of the box, put them on, tightened the velcro and the flimsy plastic piece broke in two. The strength of plastic reminds me of something you see on food packaging that is designed to be broken. Back to the drawing board of this Ovation.

Pros
  • Solid Construction
