When I tried this kit, it made upgrading my computer's hard drive a breeze. The tools were well-made and high-quality, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Unlike other kits I've used in the past, this one included all the necessary tools and accessories in one convenient package. The only downside was the price, as it was a bit more expensive than some of its competitors. However, the quality and convenience made it well worth the investment.

Works great, RW is over 500MB/s and the install was very easy thanks to the OWC install videos. It took me less than an hour to install. My 2012 27" runs better than new and even if Big Sur drops it, it will serve quite well for years to come.

Installation is not for the faint of heart, but the instructions and tools will enable anyone with a technical understanding to get the job done. The drive works very well and my machine feels like a brand new iMac again.
