A bit hesitant to buy this based on some other reviews. As mentioned, this requires a slight modification of the case when installed on the TJ so that the fan does not come in contact with it. The heatsink itself has excellent build quality, or so it seems. I'll see how it holds up and I'll update if necessary. Absolutely fantastic upgrade for your YJ. I have 93 and it fits perfectly and its operating temperature has dropped by about 40°. I'm not joking. Arrived quickly and looks like a solid heatsink. On my Jeep TJ I had to drill cover mounting holes on the radiator 1/2 below the intended screw mounting holes. Didn't know the fan wouldn't clear the cover until I installed the heatsink so I had to take it apart, drill 4 holes in the heatsink mounting plates and then reinstall. There was nothing in my radiator to connect transmission lines to. No barbs were visible in the photos. Luckily I read a radiator review from another seller and found the perfect solution. I used (2) Dorman 800-605 fittings from my local parts store which allowed me to connect the factory quick connect lines to the new radiator. I'm so glad someone did the research to find out. This wheel is a great option if you need a new car or just want it to look cleaner and perform better. I have a 2006 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and my radiator was leaking and needed to be replaced. Choose between the standard style or pay a little more for this one and I'm really glad I went with this one! It was easy to install and for the most part everything matched up.
