Wow! The packaging is not careful at all and now my postman mistakes me for a pan. Why don't you put this box in an envelope or an Amazon box? I bought this for a dessert recipe but I assume it is marked '420 Scale' and was left outside my apartment door for ALL my neighbors to see! I'm not even sure if it works. I really wanted to like this scale but despite the presence of a low battery indicator it never shows up on the display. I bought three of these and NONE shows a low battery until you start weighing something and BAM it shuts off mid-weigh. The tare button must be pressed several times before it resets to zero. .At full power it is accurate and I like that it weighs 0.5 grams. The main thing I like about this scale is the price, less than $10 in black. But other than that, I've tested it with 100, 200, and 300 gram calibration weights and found it perfectly accurate. The display is easy to read and the backlight is effective for reading in low light.
