I bought these salt and pepper shakers for Christmas a few years ago and love them except for one thing I can't get past. They have white tips on their tails. This is a common trait of all purebred Basset Hounds. Maybe the Chinese don't know where they're made, but it's been bugging me since I bought them. Otherwise they are whimsical and charming.
