I was hoping this size 5/6 jacket would be larger "6" but compared to our other size 5 jacket this one is definitely larger " 5". In any case, the jacket is beautiful, cozy, simple and my 5-year-old son opens it without any problems. It doesn't stick for anything - I think because there isn't much extra footage around the flash area. Ultimately, for the price under [.] this is a great little jacket.

What a great jacket! It's light enough for my little one, yet durable enough that I know it will keep my friend warm. My 4 year old son is 42 inches, 39 pounds, tall and skinny and the 4T fits him perfectly. I chose green and blue because green is my son's favorite color. He loved the jacket, especially because the lining is all green and the jacket suits him so well - no need to mess around with an oversized hood or sleeves that are too long - now we're ready for the snow!

This is a very nice and good value coat for a boy. I bought 5/6 Orange for my 4.5 year old (medium height/weight). It can be a bit small (?) so buy a size/age like I did (and you can live with it for 2 winters!). It's warm and seems well made (definitely NOT put together, NOT cheap).
