Too small. for pizza trays and stones

They were returned as they are too small for most pizza dough recipes when you need a thin base. If you like a very thick crust, they may suit you. They also seemed more fragile to me than my old pans. I originally bought these because they have a non-stick surface that my old pans don't have.

Pros
  • understandable even for old people
Cons
  • not sure

Getting a crispy crust on these pans is easy!

Just bought a new Breville oven and needed pizza pans that could get a crispy crust. WOW, these pans with vents make a world of difference. Hot air hits the dough directly and thanks to the oven's convection air, pizzas turn out perfectly. Great invention!

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Something different

Buy 2 sets for individual pizzas

After rolling out, place the dough on a baking sheet and finish shaping. Then add toppings. Put everything in the oven on a pizza stone. When done, remove the pan and the pizza slides easily onto a cutting board or plate. Makes pizza easier to handle. We ordered another set so we could always rotate a pizza in and out of the oven for a party of 4 or more.

Pros
  • great product
Cons
  • Almost everything fits

Summer Pizza: Bakeware

5 Stars. We had a fun family weekend and I made 4 veg bbq pizzas they were amazing and I'm not just saying if you have young children aged 10 and under and can't get enough you know they are good. I would definitely say buy them, get them for the summer for sure, plan on making more by the 4th. I'm a trulli and I love this pizza pan. Yes, I used foil the first time, but then I found out you don't need it.

These pans make a great pizza!

These pots work great! Before I bought these pans I used a pizza stone, but to brown the bottom of the pizza crust a bit I had to take the pizza off the stone and place it directly on the oven rack for a few minutes. With these pans, the bottom of the pizza had the right crispy crust. It was easy to put the pizza crust on the pan and when the pizza was done the pizza immediately slid off. Easy to clean. I highly recommend them.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Safety

Nice crispy crust. Didn't burn out. Easy to clean.

We bought to make pizza with children. Used twice so far. It turned out beautifully, it turned out crispy and didn't burn. My mother in law will be using them with the kids tonight. I waited for it to be cut with a pizza cutter, although that's not recommended. - Not sure if it matters, but it baked perfectly. Delivered on time, no problems. Many Thanks.

Pros
  • I always liked it
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Great pizza pan! in baking pans

Our old skillets warped and stopped burning and we couldn't find any more. I did a little research and found that they are the right size for the pizza we are making. They arrived early and look great. Best of all they cook pizza to perfection! Ours was so overcooked that my wife had trouble eating the crusts, but the inside was still raw. These pans fried it evenly throughout at the same recommended time/temperature. Will probably buy another set as we sometimes do 3 or 4 in a night if we have

Good but not great for pizza pans and stones

I understand they are the "right size". I bought these on purpose because I like large holes that are relatively close together and leave a high percentage of openings in the pan. They work fine. The big downside for me is the sharp metal burr that is at the bottom of each hole. The punch that made the hole left a noticeable burr. The tool had to be secured or deburred afterwards. Instead, only a non-stick coating was applied, which slightly lifts the edge of the burr. This doesn't affect theโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Well built
