Description of Package Deployment Tool

Package Deployment Tool deploys any shared package in a few clicks. Select the location, the package, the Genesys Application you want to update, optionally customize the deployment and just click 'Go'. The whole process of downloading software, updating the Genesys configuration is carried automatically.

Auto deploy and update capabilities along side quick response in case of need assistance

I like that it auto-deployed all my packages at once rather than one by one which took me much longer time! It also gave more flexibility with our organization's server configurations (eBay). Nothing really since its pretty easy tool to use but sometimes when we're getting error messages from API service providers or other issues during installation/uninstallation can be confusing if there are no user guide included for this product available online as well. Great and flawless update of Google Cloud Platform apps

It has never been so easy for me as it was with this tool! I love that after one simple press all my customers' applications are updated without manual intervention from our side - great work done by an excellent team behind every product we use here at SSPP Global HQ!. Nothing specific about PDT but would be nice if they could provide more options when creating reports (such CSV export).
