Pairs Closing OVERLAY Cabinet Hinges Review

I gave them one star because there was no negative star. Very poor quality, the doors were not aligned top to bottom. The top will be flush with the frame, but the bottom will have more than 1/4 inch of space between the piano and the door. Replaced them all with Amerock hinges and solved my problem. Amerock hinges are significantly more expensive, but they solved the problem.

We are renovating our kitchen and these photos were just what I wanted. I loved it as they came with 25 pairs and were reasonably priced. I looked forward to her arrival. I was quickly frustrated when I opened the box and saw 25 pairs of WRONG bows. The craziest thing is that they didn't even come close to what is shown in the picture. Very disappointed. These were purchased to replace white 30 year old hinges on our cabinets with these satin nickel hinges to match our new satin nickel handles. We hoped for a direct replacement, but there was no such thing. I had to drill new holes to attach the hinges in the doors. We then had to drill new holes in the cabinets because the hinges were pushing the doors against each other so tightly that they couldn't close. Unlike other hinges I've bought, these don't rub on cabinets so they work perfectly. Everything fits, they are easy to assemble and the doors close properly. Mine came in a small box which was great because I could easily move it around the kitchen. Each pair comes in a bag and the screws also come in a small bag. Both pouches tear VERY easily, making unpacking a breeze. When you have to open those pouches over and over again, having pouches that tear easily is a HUGE asset to me. Very very…

I bought these to replace the original hinges on some of the old cabinets in our rental that were starting to look pretty bad. They're contractor hinges, and while they're not heavy, they don't cost ten dollars apiece. They appear to be of the same quality as the hinges I replaced and work just as well.
