This camcorder is a piece of garbage. Through trial and error, I found that it hardly works and is a total waste of money. The video quality is abysmal, and the sound is even worse. The only positive aspect of this product is that it is small and lightweight. However, that does not make up for the fact that it is essentially useless. It's a shame that this manufacturer discontinued the camcorder capability because it seems like they couldn't even get it right in the first place.

This is my second video camera in 3 years. Panasonic includes many features in this DVcam at a very low price. Compared to a similarly configured SONY DVcam, this Panasonic wins by far. You can save up to $300! Videos are crisp, the rotating flash works wonders and I often had to explain what a flash is to my curious friends as they were intrigued by its design. The photos are very clear and the best thing is that you can take night shots in color! SONY can't do that! Definitely a good buy.
