The phone worked well but the message tone was very poor. . .

Bought from Revain stock because the 'message' sound on our old Panasonic was getting so scratchy and bad we couldn't decipher the messages. Out of the box it was even worse. The product was used (like new) and had an AW "approved" sticker, but while the ringtone was fine, the message tone was just terrible; made the phone unusable. So we had to send it back.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Functionality

Highly Recommended for Phones and Accessories

I really like this phone. Significantly smaller than the old Panasonic it replaced. Works perfectly. Sound clarity is good enough, but not perfect. Remember, this is a $30 phone, not a $500 cell phone. Easy setup. Many functions (e.g. dialing a call) are performed by entering a code via the handset. For example, to record a greeting, press Menu and then #302. Date and Time #101. Instructions included. Would definitely buy this again.

Pros
  • Absolutely Amazing!
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

I still like this phone

I still like this phone! The community responded quickly to my question and was very helpful. I am disabled and needed a speaker on a phone that was easy to use. That's great! The volume and clarity of the speaker is so good that I can easily place it on my lap and hear everything, even if I don't wear hearing aids. So easy to understand and use. I like that answering machine and telephone are in one. Not only saves space, but even my husband figured out how to set it up! LOVE IT!

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Boring packaging

Large font screen. Excellent contact list capabilities

This is an exceptionally great landline phone. It also uses 2 rechargeable AAA batteries that come with the phone. Therefore, after many years of using this phone, you will need to replace the batteries. Other landline phones require you to replace the battery with a specific type of battery, which may even be more expensive than the phone itself. However, with this phone you can easily replace the batteries with 2 rechargeable AAA batteries. Do not attempt to use regular batteries as they are…

Pros
  • Pretty impressive
Cons
  • No performance

Good phone with the features I need.

I am still satisfied with this phone. I replaced a V-Tech 3 handset with this one. The properties are the same. Connecting was pretty easy. All I have to do is put in the batteries that came with it, charge it for 7 hours, set the date, etc. I love that I can hear the message on each handset while the person is leaving a message. I can also disable this feature. I love that it has a call blocking feature for up to 30 numbers. (must be a caller ID subscriber) I get a lot of calls. The ringtones…

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • Not everything is as good as it is written

The best cordless phone!

Over the last 20+ years I have bought 3 other Panasonic cordless phones and have found them to be very reliable and easy to program. But only recently I decided to try another brand because my current Panasonic phone has a feature I call "call lock" that only allows one person to talk at a time. I found this to be very annoying, especially when the caller was verbose and I couldn't raise my hand. However, the competitor I picked didn't have any of the other Panasonic features I used to rely on,

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Big and chunky
