This product has definitely improved my garage's efficiency. The compensation feature ensures a stable output even under fluctuating input, making it a reliable addition to any automotive garage. However, the price point may be a little high for some consumers.

The 4400TAU is an upgrade of my 8355 RV Inverter/Charger. This review is only about the installation procedures and I can say that the installation was an easy task. I had to purchase a Torx T-15 (star) screwdriver to remove the cover plate on my 8355 converter. The 4400TAU mounts to the case and plugs into an 8-pin connector on the converter board. Works as described, no battery surge in hot weather and no battery surge in cold weather. I haven't seen any signs of the batteries boiling over since I installed these over the summer and charged them from shore power. I see it doing a 4 hour boost cycle and when it completes the voltage drops.
