I've been using these since April and thought I would feel and see a difference in my hair now. It's July now and my hair hasn't changed since I've been using it. I have fine, curly hair so what doesn't work for me might work for someone else, but THIS MAKES MY ENDS VERY DRY AND OILS MY HEAD. I really like L'Oreal products. However, this shampoo is superior to any other shampoo I have used as an adult. Since I'm a couch potato, I wash my hair twice a week. I saw an amazing difference in just one application. in my hair I usually wash them, condition them and leave the conditioner on, then I towel dry them and let them air dry.
