It didn't even work terribly after it took off the ground out of the box and started acting on its own, I couldn't even fly normally. Then he takes off like crazy in the sky and it was pain not entertainment that I experienced.

I gave this drone to my son for his birthday. To say he was thrilled is an understatement. The package arrived on time and was well packed. I charged the battery, downloaded the app and the drone flew in less than 5 minutes. It has a simple mode and an advanced mode. Highly recommended!

Received the drone in decent external condition after a full week of waiting despite Prime shipping, but the battery doesn't seem to be charging. Refurbished items are typically *inspected* prior to sale.

Reliable and fun. Got it as a birthday present from my wife. It has so many fun features that I play it all day. I flew them into walls, curtains and other occasions. But it's ok, just a bit shabby. So everything is fine. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable drone for beginners.

I bought this for my boyfriend and he loves it. The camera technology is impressive; easy to fly; and I had a great experience with customer service. When he received the drone the battery that came with it was defective and without hesitation I was refunded the price of the battery and was able to order another immediately. I highly recommend this drone and the extra battery.

Used for a short time but after 5 minutes the drone sidestepped and crashed. It's still in good condition and solidly built, but one of the correct propellers isn't firing and the app is just showing an error message. This happened within a week of receiving the goods. Answers. Yes, it was a refurbished product, but I was expecting at least some customer support, parts, or a replacement drone.

The camera is not working, only green lines are visible through it and it is only clear when recording. Another problem is that the drone cannot fly properly, deviates on its own every flight, suddenly loses altitude and bounces off the ground. You can tell it's not up to date and the seller just sent someone a used drone. I am working with the seller to see if they can fix the issue and will come back to this review if necessary.
