Pastry Knife on Wheels

We saw this at a cooking show and my wife really wanted one. I was surprised that there were several models in stock. I ordered one and it arrived within a few days. It's perfect and I would highly recommend it to people who want to cut brownies to perfection or cut Pettiford cake squares.

Pros
  • Great Price
Cons
  • A Few Little Things

Hard Cutter

This is a good dough cutter. If you want to carve harder objects, it will be very difficult. You can use it to score them and make perfect lines, then cut deeper with a knife. It will surely work as a dough cutter. The blades are sharp and stay in place once tightened.

Pros
  • Excellent Overall Performance
Cons
  • Price

A little trickier than it sounds

After seeing it on Girl Meets Farm I just HAVE to have it. I can cut cakes straight, but my bars are usually any size. I love it but haven't perfected the perfect size yet. It is certainly adjustable and not very difficult to clean. I'm glad I have it, although I may have lived without it!

Pros
  • Enjoyable
Cons
  • There are downsides

A little disappointed

I was hoping to cut the dough easily and the outside cuts are great but the cuts in the middle have yet to be cut through with a knife and repeated. - Cut them out. Can the inner blades be removed so I can make dough squares larger than 2 inches? I haven't gotten around to trying to remove them with a screwdriver yet.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Not sure

Not very strong or sharp, but gets the job done.

Look, these lockpicks will get the job done, and if you only need them occasionally you'll probably be fine. I made some tortellini for a couple of family gatherings and had to work really hard to keep them breaking out. The handles got bent and I had to bend them back every few passes.

Pros
  • There's something to it
Cons
  • The cord is shorter than the others
