The perfect tulle skirt for a grown woman. The tulle is soft and falls straight. The petticoat ends above the knees and shows enough through the tulle. It's a midi length and I'm 5ft 10" tall so it fits tall ladies. I wore it on New Year's Eve with a black t-shirt and open-toe shoes. The belt is wide and comfortable. I ordered XL and usually wear a 12-14.
