Sturdy and Really Nice but Carpet too Slippery

This is a really solid, sturdy and nice-looking product. The only problem I had is that the carpet is too slippery. My elderly, 60lb lab mix slipped the first time trying to go up and now won't go near the ramp.

Substandard quality even for a product made in China

The only good thing to say about this product was that is arrived 2 days earlier than expected.The quality control inspector must have been on tea break when this unit went through final inspection. The list of issues included (1) dings, scratches and separation of wood in the single coating of stain finish of the soft wood frame, (2) the braces strips were not the same size, (3) six captive nut holes were not drilled to match the frame support braces, (4), because there were no hole there…

Great product - my new review

My dog loves her new ramp! She is a Pomeranian chihuahua mix and has always had issues with high jumps. These are very sturdy and give her the ability to walk up onto our bed with ease!

Long enough that incline is not to steep for small dogs.

I tried two other ramps to allow my dogs up to the bed. I have pretty thick mattresses. Most dog ramps are too short which makes the incline very steep. This ramp is long so the incline is more gentle and forgiving for a little dog that had tendon surgery on his rear left leg. Sturdy quality.

Measure Measure Measure

I made the mistake of not measuring and it was like Mt Everest to my little dog, but the reason I’m giving it such a low review is because during the assembly some of the pieces weren’t fitting together so the product after assembled was wobbly and I noticed that there were scratch marks and fingerprint marks on the product so I think I might’ve gotten a return product.

My dog loves it.: my feedback

I have a 15 year old 8 lb dog that has arthritis throughout her whole body and was having a hard time getting up and down the stairs to my bed so we bought this ramp. It took a while for her to get used to it but once she did it has been a complete game changer. She was a little scared to get on the platform to go down at first so my husband made a short rail for her(as you can see in the pics) and now she loves it. I highly recommend .

Lovely ramp; needs extra support at seem

I have a Cardigan corgi and a Pembroke both under 40 pounds. After 2 months of being used by them to get on and off my bed the wood split along the edges and has caused the ramp to have a weak spot in the very center of the ramp where the seem connects the 2 pieces of the ramp. Very happy with purchase and ramp seemed sturdy. Contacted seller about ramp weakness/design flaw and even though we were outside the time frame for return the seller replaced the ramp with a new one. Awesome customer…

Looks good and sturdy!

I saw some reviews about how the assembly was too complicated or that it has too many parts. This is simply not true, I found that it was simple to assemble. The product is good quality and very sturdy! I bought this for my dachshund (13 years old) so that he doesn't hurt his back jumping on and off the bed. It only took him a few days to get used to it and the other dogs started using it too!

Slippery carpet best in my review

Our older 12# dachshund took a bit of training to use and is now able to walk up the steep incline. The real issue is when she wants down. She step slides which has caused rug burns on her paws.
