Works Well: Sewing

They work exactly the way you think they will. I used them for laces in my baby clothes that I made. They are very young, so they haven't learned how to tie threads yet. It worked well.

Pros
  • Availability
Cons
  • Safety

DYI buckle kayak strap

This is how I made my kayak strap. for pedals and bars. also to keep my milk crate in place. and I was just starting to find more uses for this shock elastic bungee cord. I'm definitely ordering more.

Pros
  • Worth the money
Cons
  • Interchangeable

Doesn't hold up very well

I wasn't expecting them to be rock solid and have a lot of weight on them but the cables slip at the slightest bump. I tried several sizes (diameters) of paracord and elastic. Pretty useless. I probably should have returned them.

Pros
  • Sturdy: Made from durable plastic with a spring stopper, Lightweight, rust resistant and easy to use
Cons
  • Large and bulky

Great for kids drawstring pants

If you have young children who struggle to tie the laces that they put in their shorts and pants, this is what you need. Eliminates the need to keep your pants a little baggy. You're a little hard.

Pros
  • Multipurpose: Sliding zippers, widely used on drawstrings, backpacks, sportswear, drawstrings, jogging pants, sweatshirts, suitcases, tents, pant fasteners, paracord, backpack cords and more outdoor and gym accessories
Cons
  • Easily wrinkled

Excellent value for money

Bought as shoelaces for my daughter and sneakers. The bungee cord is very thick and durable. It's good to have two different types of cord locks. They hold up well but can still be used. For shoelace use, I probably should have used a slightly thinner lace to make lacing through the eyelets easier, but I'm still very happy with my purchase.

Pros
  • Replaces broken cord locks. This is enough for craft use and meets your DIY needs; Note: small parts, not suitable for children under 3 years old
Cons
  • Can't remember
