The product did a good job of filtering the water

The switch is broken, so we can only get filtered water. The product filtered the water well, but the mechanics suck! Now I have to buy an alternative filter even though I bought replacement filters. Do not buy this CHEAP product. Now I need to buy another water filter for my 2 month old baby. Thanks for the cheap POS

Look further into water filtration and softeners

poorly designed; Case doesn't stay together well. The valve is of poor quality. Had to order a third party valve to replace when it broke. This is my second unit. I ordered it because it was close to the price of buying new filters and he also provided me with spares. I recommend looking for a more durable block that uses less expensive filters.
