Best price I've found per pound but took a lot of washing to get the dust off. Like 20 minutes at the sink for a few handfuls. But once it was in the filter, it worked great.

I think that's the only reason my fish stay alive. It's really a lot and will take me 5 years but does a great job of getting rid of debris. Of course, nitrates, nitrites, and ammonia still go through the cycle, and that doesn't seem to be helping.
